Vladimir Filipov is one of the leading experts in the hospitality and gaming industry in Bulgaria, with 25+ years of experience and a proven track record in both product and business development. He has extensive knowledge in new markets development, tourist markets with gaming potential and casino junket groups.

Vladimir is the General Manager of International Hotel Casino & Tower Suites, Golden Sands Resort, a five-star hotel complex featuring the largest casino on the Black Sea Coast and the most prestigious conference venue, preferred by both Bulgarian and international companies.

He is also the manager of Win Travel, www.wintravelbg.com, a full-service tour operator focusing on the Middle East markets and providing the full range of ground handling services, hotel inventory contracting and management of charter flight programs.

Vladimir developed the concepts and led the implementation and subsequent operations of the following properties: International Hotel Casino & Tower Suites, Golden Sands Resort; Platinum Hotel & Casino, Sunny Beach Resort ; Perun Hotel & Casino Platinum, Bansko; Europa Hotel & Casino, Sunny Beach Resort; Grand Hotel Plovdiv & Platinum Casino, Plovdiv

Vladimir holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Financial Control from the University of National and World Economy – Sofia, Bulgaria.

KRASIMIR TOKUSHEV | CASINO OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

Krasimir Tokushev is a seasoned gaming professional with 20+ years of experience and an in-depth understanding of land-based and online casino operations. Krasimir’s expertise lies in KPI analysis and streamlining operations to maximize profitability as well as delivering optimal results through people management. He has recruited and led high performance teams for a number of local operations in the gaming and hospitality industry, excelling in periods of rapid growth, downsizing or restructuring.

Krasimir is the Casino Manager of International Hotel Casino & Tower Suites.

He also leads the project teams for the properties under the Platinum brand.

Krasimir holds a master’s degree in Finance from Varna University of Economics.

DILYAN GEORGIEV | SALES & MARKETING DIRECTOR

Dilyan Georgiev is a sales and marketing expert with more than 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He joined International Hotel Casino & Tower Suites team in 2008 as a marketing intern and has led the sales and marketing team since 2015. Dilyan has significant experience in brand management and business development, guest segmentation and CRM, revenue management, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis.

He is also part of the team developing and implementing the sales and marketing strategy of Platinum Hotel & Casino, Sunny Beach.

Currently, DIlyan is the Commercial Director of International Hotel Casino & Tower Suites, responsible for sales and marketing, events management and front office.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a Master’s degree in Marketing Communications from Varna University of Economics, and a post-graduate degree in Digital Marketing from the IDM, London.

YORDANKA DONEVA | PROPERTY MANAGER

Yordanka Doneva is a real estate professional with more than 15 years of experience. Yordanka started her career in the property sector in 2005 as the Sales & Operations Manager at BEST OF BULGARIA PROPERTIES AND SERVICES, a leading property developer. Yordanka has extensive experience in real estate development projects, from product concept and land plot acquisition transactions through legal compliance, construction permits, construction supervision and the subsequent sale of properties, including all related marketing activities and broker and buyer negotiations.

Yordanka joined the International Hotel Casino & Tower Suites team in 2012 as Property Manager. She supervises the retail areas of the complex and all periodic renovations of the property. In 2016, Yordanka became also the leading Property and Sales Manager of Albatross Suites, a high-end residential building developed as the pilot project for the Grand Hotel Varna Resort redevelopment.

Yordanka holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Financial Control and a Master’s degree in Real Estate Economics, both from Varna University of Economics.
